Time flies, in the blink of an eye 2017 is about to pass by,2018 which it is full of expectations is coming to us slowly. The new year brings new goals and hopes. Tian Tang Group 'Uganda Headquarter Outstanding Employees Commendation Conference and Year-End Party' was held in Uganda Nanjing Hotel on December 16,2017.Tian Tang Group CEO Zhang Zhichun, General Manager Wang Wentong, Vice General Manager Ding Bing, Vice General Manager Liang Kai and more than one hundred employees gathered together at the Group headquarter.

The annual meeting began with General Manager Mr. Wang's wonderful and sincere opening speech. In his speech, Mr. Wang first expressed his Christmas and New Year greetings to every headquarter staff on behalf of the Group management. He then expressed his great appreciation and heartfelt thanks to every employee for their hard work in 2017.Mr. Wang mentioned that in 2017, we have made two major breakthroughs in addition to strengthening our existing businesses in manufacturing, hotel and catering, tourism, machinery, trade and mineral development. First, in October this year, the expansion of Honghai Wood III phase was successful completed, middle density fiberboard production line was successfully put into operation; Second, the Group signed China-Uganda Mbale Industrial Park land agreement and tax-free agreement in May and July this year with the Uganda Investment Authority and the Ugandan Ministry of Finance respectively. The achievement of these achievements is inseparable from the payment of every member of the group. In the end, Mr. Wang encouraged everyone to pay close attention to the development and investment promotion of the China-Uganda Mbale Industrial Park in 2018 and to make every effort to strive for a better tomorrow for the Tian Tang Group.

Next, Jin Shuyang, Group General Affairs Director, led the audiences to watch the PPT together and reviewed the Group's development in 2017 bit by bit. In particular the public welfare undertakings made by the Group over the past year show the local staff that while developing business, the Group did not forget to repay the Ugandan society so as to urge local staff to work harder together with the enterprise in the future.

Afterwards, the group's steel sales Maria spoke as a Group Uganda employee representative. Her speech was simple but full of gratitude to the company. On behalf of all Uganda employees, she thanked the Group for providing jobs because this is very important for every employee and the families behind them. She then mentioned that a company that can grow like a tree eventually depended on team effort and encouraged every employee to truly unite and make more contributions for the company.

The most sensational scene came when the host read out Apollo's name. As a old employee with 15 working years, Apollo shared his story of himself growing up with the company since entering the company. He had experienced the step-by-step development of the Group, his speech inspired everyone to make contributions to the future development of the company with more and higher morale. His affectionate speech won warm applause from all employees present. Mr.Wang awarded him the enterprise loyalty staff award.

Mr. Zhang, CEO of the Group, awarded Outstanding Employee Award of this year to Uganda Outstanding Staff Ben and commented on the merits and recognition of his performance since he joined the company. He is full of 'positive energy' and exudes his passion for work and enthusiasm for colleagues. Ben also thanked everyone for their recognition and support for his work. He will continue his efforts to live up to the expectations of all.

Every month the Group will celebrate birthday for employees who are born within the month together, today, four Chinese and Ugandan staff celebrate their birthday, but there are people here today, and the atmosphere is hotter, so that they had a more unforgettable birthday party.

Last but not least, the lucky draw for the dinner and this is also the most exciting time for every employee present, Group leaders draw the lucky employees present and awarded them prizes such as mobile phones, Bluetooth speakers and sports bracelets.

After more than 3 hours, the annual meeting came to an end in the laughter. There is touch, joy, passion, and is full of positive energy. Looking back 2017, we are grateful, honest, pragmatic, enterprising, uniting and reaping a lot. Looking to 2018, we have clear goals, we are confident to make a brilliant future with concerted efforts.
