After the exemption period expires, the annual tax revenue will increase 50 million US dollars.
On November 10, 2017, the land in the first phase of the park was officially transferred and the on-site construction was officially launched. Construction of walls, offices and 'access to water, electricity, road and land formation is carried out simultaneously, as of now, it has been invested a total of 1.2 million US dollars. Phase One covers a planning area of 0.6 square kilometers, Plan to invest 15 million US dollars and completed within 2 years after the completion of the project, attract 10 settled enterprises, with 5 standard factory enterprises area buildings , build a comprehensive package Service Center including administrative office buildings, exhibition centers, staff apartments and leisure facilities.
Park Enterprises
At present, 13 large-scale Chinese enterprises have signed intentional entry agreements with Sino-Uganda Mbale Industrial Park with a total investment of US$160 million. Eight enterprises have started construction among them, covering the production and manufacture of LED lamps, daily necessities, wood processing and furniture, steel structure production and installation, wires and cables, transmission and distribution towers, logistics storage and other fields.
